(1) Corporation concerned The term “corporation concerned” means— (A) the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, with respect to matters relating to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; and (B) the Resolution Trust Corporation, with respect to matters relating to the Resolution Trust Corporation.
