(28) (A) The institution will, upon the request of an applicant for a private education loan, provide to the applicant the form required under section 1638(e)(3) of title 15 , and the information required to complete such form, to the extent the institution possesses such information. (B) For purposes of this paragraph, the term “private education loan” has the meaning given such term in section 1650 of title 15 .
