antitrust laws
(1) Antitrust laws The term “antitrust laws”— (A) has the meaning given such term in subsection (a) of section 12 of title 15 , except that such term includes section 45 of title 15 to the extent such section 45 of title 15 applies to unfair methods of competition; and (B) includes any State law similar to the laws referred to in subparagraph (A).
