§ 13812. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under section 13811 of this title—

(1) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1996;

(2) $4,000,000 for fiscal year 1997;

(3) $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1998;

(4) $6,000,000 for fiscal year 1999; and

(5) $7,000,000 for fiscal year 2000.

Donations cover only 20% of our costs.
