Pub. L. 110–246, § 7404(b)(1), in first sentence, struck out before period at end “under penalty indicia: Provided, however, That each publication shall bear such indicia as are prescribed by the United States Postal Service and shall be mailed under such regulations as the United States Postal Service may from time to time prescribe”.
