Pub. L. 110–246, § 1507(d), added par. (3) and struck out former par. (3) which read as follows: “The rate of assessment for milk produced in the United States and imported dairy products prescribed by the order shall be 15 cents per hundredweight of milk for commercial use or the equivalent thereof, as determined by the Secretary.”
