Section, acts Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, 70A Stat. 204; Sept. 2, 1958, Pub. L. 85–861, § 1(85), 72 Stat. 1481; June 30, 1960, Pub. L. 86–559, § 1(21), 74 Stat. 271, provided that commissioned officers of the Army on active duty in the same grade rank among themselves according to date of rank and specified procedures for determining date of rank.
