Amendments

1978—Pub. L. 95–369 struck out “, all of whom shall be citizens of the United States” after “to elect or appoint directors”.

Change of Name

Section 203(a) of act Aug. 23, 1935, changed name of Federal Reserve Board to Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
