Termination Date of 2006 Amendment
Amendment by Pub. L. 109–455 to cease to have effect 7 years after Dec. 22, 2006, see section 13 of Pub. L. 109–455, set out as a note under section
44 of this title.
Short Title of 2006 Amendment
Pub. L. 109–455, § 1, Dec. 22, 2006, 120 Stat. 3372, provided that: “This Act [enacting sections
57b–2a,
57b–2b,
57c–1, and
57c–2 of this title, amending this section, sections
44,
45,
46,
56, and
57b–2 of this title, and section
3412 of Title
12, Banks and Banking, and enacting provisions set out as notes under section
44 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Undertaking Spam, Spyware, And Fraud Enforcement With Enforcers beyond Borders Act of 2006’ or the ‘U.S. SAFE WEB Act of 2006’.”
Short Title of 1996 Amendment
Pub. L. 104–216, § 1, Oct. 1, 1996, 110 Stat. 3019, provided that: “This Act [amending section
57c of this title] may be cited as the ‘Federal Trade Commission Reauthorization Act of 1996’.”
Short Title of 1994 Amendment
