§ 6578. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—

(1) $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2004; and

(2) such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2005 through 2008.

Donations cover only 20% of our costs.
