L. 107–110, title X, § 1011(5)(C), Jan. 8, 2002, 115 Stat. 1986, and section 9101, as added by Pub. L. 107–110, title IX, § 901, Jan. 8, 2002, 115 Stat. 1956, defines “family literacy services”.
