This Act, referred to in text, means Pub. The Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, referred to in text, is Pub. L. 91–173, Dec. 30, 1969, 83 Stat. 742, as amended by Pub. L. 95–164, title I, § 101, Nov. 9, 1977, 91 Stat. 1290, which is classified principally to chapter 22 (§ 801 et seq.) of Title 30.
