The Social Security Act, referred to in subsec. (c)(2)(C)(i) to (vi), is act Aug. 14, 1935, ch. 531, 49 Stat. 620, as amended. 1994—Subsec. (c)(2)(C)(x). Pub. L. 103–448 substituted “special supplemental nutrition program” for “special supplemental food program”.
