Provisions Inapplicable to This Subchapter
Section 205 of act June 28, 1940, contained the following sentence: “The provisions of title I of this Act shall not apply to this title [this subchapter].” The provisions of title I of act June 28, 1940 were classified to the Code as section

1151 to
1162 of Appendix to Title
50, War and National Defense.
