Codification

Section 337(a) of Pub. L. 108–7, which directed the amendment of section 1629b of title 43, United States Code, was executed to section 36 of Pub. L. 92–203, which is classified to this section, to reflect the probable intent of Congress. See 2003 Amendment notes below.

Amendments

2003—Subsec. (d)(1). Pub. L. 108–7, § 337(a)(1), substituted “Except as otherwise set forth in subsection (d)(3) of this section, an” for “An”. See Codification note above.
Subsec. (d)(3). Pub. L. 108–7, § 337(a)(2), which directed the creation of a new subsection “(d)(3)”, was executed by adding par. (3) to subsec. (d). See Codification note above.
