§ 705. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the Board—

(1) $8,421,000 for fiscal year 1996;

(2) $12,000,000 for fiscal year 1997; and

(3) $12,000,000 for fiscal year 1998.

Donations cover only 20% of our costs.
