animal quarantine laws
(1) Animal quarantine laws For purposes of this section, the term “animal quarantine laws” means— (A) section 306 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1306 ); (B) section 9 of the Act of August 30, 1890 ( 21 U.S.C. 101 ); (C) the Animal Health Protection Act [ 7 U.S.C. 8301 et seq.]; or (D) any other Act administered by the Secretary relating to plant or animal diseases or pests.
